About Us

Taha Allam started in real estate in 2011. Not from an engineering background, not from a family of developers. He began as a personal investor, learning by doing: how to select land, manage contractors, structure contracts that protect both sides, and deliver on time.
14 years in the market saw everything: booms, downturns, regulatory shifts, currency swings. Through all of it, Taha delivered over 100 residential units across four different areas: Badr City, Beit Al Watan, Haram, and Maadi. A record with no lawsuits, no public complaints about delays, and no buyers left unhappy.
In 2024, he formalized Al Mohajer for Commercial Investment, trading as "Al Mohajer Real Estate Development", to turn 14 years of lessons into a disciplined brand. The philosophy is simple: fewer projects, higher quality, and long-term relationships over one-time transactions.

Average-location real estate stays average. Exceptional locations appreciate. Our philosophy is to select 5 to 10 strategic locations per year and pass on hundreds of lesser opportunities. Our Maadi project exemplifies this: directly on the Autostrad, facing three high-traffic gates.
Transparency isn't something we boast about. It's the minimum. Showing real pricing in the first call, explaining every contract clause before signing, sending construction updates every 14 days with photos and video. All of this is default in how we work.
A buyer from Al Mohajer isn't one of a thousand. They're one of the 100 we've delivered to in 14 years. Remembering names, following up after handover, and answering questions years later. This is what makes us different.

We look in areas with three factors: stable rental demand, projected growth, and proximity to vital services. Our Maadi project took 4 months to select, next to USAID and the Technology Village. We reject 95% of the land we review.
Before we lay a single brick, we confirm every paper is in place: building permits, ownership documents, local approvals. A buyer can review any document before reserving. Not after handover.
We work with contractors we've chosen over years. We supervise every stage personally and send photo and video updates every 14 days to our buyers. We report any potential delay. We don't hide it.
The day a buyer receives their keys isn't the end of the relationship. We remain available for maintenance, consultation, and even recommending the next project if they want to invest again. 40% of our current project's buyers came from past projects.
