Al Mohajer Real Estate is the trading name of Al Mohajer for Commercial Investment, an Egyptian limited liability company officially registered in January 2024. The founding team brings 14 years of real estate experience that led to the company's formation.
We delivered 175 residential units across 4 areas: Badr, Beit Al Watan, Maadi, and Haram. All delivered in full, with zero contractual disputes.
Yes. We have a base of satisfied previous clients, some of whom invested in multiple units with us. If you wish to speak with a previous client, we can arrange it.

Delivery & Construction
In El-Lasilky, Maadi, directly on the main Autostrad. Facing Club One Gate 3, the USAID gate, and the Technology Village gate. View the location map on the project page.
Only 6 units. A 3-story building: ground floor with a garden, typical floor, and a rooftop floor. Low density by design to ensure privacy and value.
A1 ground is 227 m² plus a garden. A2 typical is 240 m². A3 roof is 210 m² plus a terrace and pergola.
Core and shell (red brick). This means the final interior finishing is chosen by the client, according to their budget. This provides complete flexibility in finishing.
Maadi - El-Lasilky delivers 12 months from contract signing. The timeline is clear and published on the project page. If there is any adjustment, we notify clients beforehand.
Yes. Licenses and legal documents are complete before sales begin. There is no launch without licenses.

Legal & Trust
There are three reasons. First, location: facing USAID, the Technology Village, and Club One, meaning strong and continuous rental demand. Second, scarcity: only 6 units in a location like this is rare. Third, the mixed-use nature: you can rent for administrative or residential purposes as you see fit.
Current market estimates: Administrative units run 30K to 35K EGP monthly. The ground floor with a garden may reach 60K EGP monthly. Note: This is an estimate based on current market rates, not a guaranteed return. Actual rent depends on market conditions at the time of leasing.
No. We do not offer a "guaranteed return" because it is unprofessional. Actual returns depend on factors outside our control like market conditions, inflation, and competition. What we can guarantee is product quality and location. The rest is market mathematics.

Purchasing & Payment
Payment is 35% down, 15% after 60 days, balance over 2 years.
Yes. The cash price starts at 21,000 EGP/m². The installment price starts at 23,000 EGP/m².
Yes. Early-bird buyers can adjust the unit layout with a 3D visualization before construction begins. This is an advantage of limited projects: greater flexibility for the client.
You can book a viewing from the project page, or contact us directly. Site visits require prior permission and coordination with security.
Yes. If our units do not fit your budget, location preference, or purpose, we refer you to trusted peer companies. The goal is for you to find what suits you, not to close a deal with us.
