And I think that alone says a lot. The first time I bought, I was naturally anxious, like anyone entering a real estate purchase. But after the first experience, I understood how they work: the words are clear, commitments are kept, and follow-up after signing was good. The reason I came back to buy again wasn't just that the project was good. The bigger reason was that the experience itself was comfortable. Plenty of companies are excellent before the sale, and after that the client starts getting the runaround. I didn't feel that with them. That's why I returned for a second purchase, and recommended them to people close to me.

I was looking for an apartment that suited me and my family.

My biggest worry was delays. You hear so many promises during the sale, and then execution turns out to be a different story. What put me at ease with Al Mohajer and Mr. Taha Allam was that everything was clear from day one. Clear timeline, clear materials, and at every stage I knew exactly what was happening. I received the unit close to the agreed date, and the finishing was genuinely respectable compared to what I'd seen before. I had a few minor remarks and they handled them. For me, the most important thing was that this wasn't just a sale-and-done deal. There was follow-up, response, and attention all the way to handover.

I came into Al Mohajer from an investment perspective, more than a residential one.

I was looking for a unit in a location with strong demand, where value would hold over time. After the purchase, I found good interest in the unit, and its value moved up in a way I'm satisfied with compared to my entry price. Of course, real estate has no guaranteed returns, and I'm not one to exaggerate. But my experience was successful, thank God. Location was a key factor, and project quality made a difference too. I now have offers higher than my purchase price, and I'm considering joining them on future projects.

As an architect, when I look at a real estate project I don't just look at the exterior.

I look at space distribution, build quality, finishing details, and whether there's actual respect for specifications. In my experience with Al Mohajer and Mr. Taha Allam, I found attention to details an average client might not notice on a first viewing: things like space utilization, finishing quality, and how small details are handled. The apartment layout was practical. No feeling of wasted space without reason. That's a very important point in any residential unit. Of course, any project can have remarks. What matters is how they're handled. There was responsiveness and follow-up, and to me that's a big difference.

I purchased from Mr. Taha Allam and Al Mohajer about 4 years ago.

And to me, that's the most important point in this experience. Because the real verdict on real estate doesn't show up just on handover day. It shows up after you've lived in it and seen the materials and the location over time. After these years, I can say I'm still satisfied with my decision. The apartment has held its value, the location suits my needs, and I never felt the build quality was just for show at handover. Of course, any home shows minor things with use over time, that's natural. But what matters to me is that the foundation was solid, and the experience as a whole was respectable. If I could go back in time, I'd most likely make the same decision again.
