This is our record. And this is what we are building now.

Every project above was delivered in full to its owners. Al Mohajer takes on one project at a time and focuses on it. If the timing wasn't right back then, our current project follows the same approach: the Maadi Al-Laselky project, 6 units on the Autostrade, in a chosen location with a clear delivery schedule.

Clients of our past projects saw their units grow in value over time, as their areas developed. The Al-Laselky project today is at the start of the same path: a chosen location, an early stage, and an area on the move.
